摘要
研究总结仝小林院士从态靶论治糖尿病肾脏疾病经验,概括“虚、瘀、浊”是糖尿病肾病的核心病机,“虚-损-衰”为其全程态势。结合糖尿病肾脏疾病的病理特点及动态过程,确定肾浊方(黄芪、丹参、制水蛭、大黄)为治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病的靶方,同时根据“虚-损-衰”阶段的核心症状、指标进行精准用药,加减配伍,调整靶药用量,以期为糖尿病肾脏疾病诊疗思路及配伍用药提供参考。
This paper studies and summarizes the experience of Academician Tong Xiaolin in treating diabetic kidney disease based on the differentiation of its states and targets,concluding that"deficiency,blood stasis and turbidity"are its core pathogeneses,and"deficiency,wound,failure"is its entire state-evolving process.In combination with its pathological characteristics and dynamic process of diabetes kidney disease,Academician Tong Xiaolin identifies the Kidney Turbidity Formula(milkvetch root,danshen root,processed leech,rhubarb root and rhizome)as its target formula.At the same time,according to the core symptoms and indicators in the three different phases,he administers a precise medication by modifying the prescription flexibly and adjusting the dosage of target drugs.It is expected that the study may provide a reference for the diagnosis,treatment and medication of the disease.
