摘要
在盾构管片钢筋骨架自动焊接技术中,钢筋骨架通过人工进行装配组装,装配时间长、一致性差,整体焊接效率低下,自动焊接的优越性没有得到体现。通过结合定额钢筋网片放置架与钢筋网片转运管理,使钢筋装配更加便捷和有序。利用钢筋自动移动辅助机构和外弧面主筋限位结构,确保主筋迅速归位,提高装配精度和装配效率。最终,钢筋骨架总装时间由平均50min降至20min,综合焊接效率提高约13.5%。
In the automatic welding technology of shield segment steel skeleton,the steel skeleton adopts manual assembly,the assembly time is long,the consistency is poor,the overall welding efficiency is low,and the advantage of automatic welding is not reflected.By combining the fixed steel mesh placement frame with the transfer management of steel mesh,the rebar assembly is made more convenient and orderly.The use of reinforcement automatic movement auxiliary mechanism and outer arc surface main reinforcement limit structure,ensure the main reinforcement quickly return to the position,assembly accuracy and efficiency are improved.Finally,the average assembly time of the steel skeleton was reduced from 50min to 20min,and the comprehensive welding efficiency was improved by about 135%.
