摘要
基于双面叠合剪力墙结构体系高效施工技术,研究装配式住宅项目标准层的合理工期,以提高建造效率、增加经济效益。首先,基于BIM的设计施工一体化技术,应用Allplan, SketchUp, Lumion等工具实现装配式深化设计与工程前置策划的协同管理及信息反馈。其次,基于双面叠合剪力墙结构体系施工工艺与穿插工序,分析极限工期与标准工期的工期控制方式、人力资源配置等。最后,通过实践结果表明,装配式住宅项目应用高效施工技术实现标准层4d/层施工进度的突破,但考虑施工连续高效性、经济性,标准层6d/层的施工进度较合理,满足项目整体目标要求。
The monolithic precast concrete composite shear wall structure system has been applied and analyzed by efficient construction technology in prefabricated housing projects to improve construction efficiency and economic profits.The BIM-based design and construction integration technologies such as Allplan,SketchUp,Lumion,and other building information tools are used to achieve the collaborative management and information feedback of detailed design and engineering planning.The construction process,procedure interspersed,schedule control have been studied under the limit and standard construction periods.The results demonstrate that,while the standard construction time of 4 days is accomplished by efficient construction technology,the standard construction period of 6 days is more reasonable,when considering overall effects of construction and economy.
