航空零件标准模块化装夹工装的设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 批产零件加工效率的提升主要取决于两个因素,一是零件自身工艺方案的持续优化改进,二是辅助性生产工装的使用。现从装夹工装的角度出发,通过设计并自制标准孔距的通用装夹工装,规范约束零件工艺方案中的定位工艺孔及装夹螺栓孔间距,推动工艺编制与实际零件装夹工艺的有机结合,实现同一图号多个零件或是不同图号但满足标准孔倍距的零件同时装夹、一起加工,提高线下装夹能力,避免单机单装,减少不必要的占机装夹等时间,延长刀具的有效切削时间,从而大幅提高批产零件的加工效率。 The improvement of the processing efficiency of batch production parts mainly depended on two factors,one was the continuous optimization and improvement of the parts own process scheme,and the other was the use of auxiliary production tooling.Now from the perspective of clamp tooling,through the design and homemade standard hole distance modular clamp tooling,the positioning hole and clamp bolt hole spacing were standardized,which promoted the organic synthesis of the process preparation and the actual parts clamp process,and realized synchronous clamping,processing together of parts of the same drawing number multiple parts or different figure number but meeting the standard hole distance,enhanced offline clamping capacity,avoided single machine,reduced unnecessary occupied and clamping time and so on,and extended the effective cutting time,so as to effectively improve the processing efficiency of batch parts.
