摘要
目的:应用三维有限元技术,模拟在下颌第一磨牙颊舌侧应用不同附件使其近中移动0.2 mm,探讨牙齿的位移趋势及牙周膜应力分布情况。方法:应用Mimics19.0,Geomagic Wrap2017,NX10.0等专业建模软件建立有限元模型,使用Ansys Workbench18.0软件模拟下颌第一磨牙颊舌侧应用不同附件并近中移动0.2 mm。结果:六组模型下颌第一磨牙均表现近中舌向倾斜移动,支抗牙齿移动方式主要表现为倾斜移动。结论:下颌第一磨牙在近中移动过程中主要表现为冠近中舌向,根远中颊向的倾斜移动趋势,同时出现了支抗牙支抗丧失的情况。应用舌侧附件时,磨牙近移时更接近整体移动。
Objective:To study the displacement trend of teeth and the stress distribution of periodontal ligament by simulating the application of different attachments on the buccal and lingual sides of mandibular first molar to move 0.2 mm mesially.Methods:Mimics19.0,Geomagic Wrap2017,NX10.0,and other professional modeling software were used to establish the finite element model.Ansys Workbench18.0 software was used to simulate the application of different attachments on the buccal and lingual sides of mandibular first molars and move 0.2 mm mesially.Results:The mandibular first molars of six groups of models showed mesial lingual tilt movement,and the anchorage tooth movement mode was mainly tilt movement.Conclusion:In the process of mesial movement of mandibular first molars,the crown is mainly inclined to the mesial lingual direction and the root is inclined to the distal buccal direction.At the same time,the anchorage loss of anchorage teeth occurs.When the lingual attachment is applied,the molar moves is close to the whole movement.
