基于支持向量机的多环芳烃光谱定量分析 被引量:1

Spectral quantitative analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons based on Support Vector Machine

摘要 目前,环境问题备受人们关注,有效解决多环芳烃污染已成为全球关注的焦点。基于此,提出一种基于支持向量机的多环芳烃光谱定量分析方法,通过FS920荧光光谱仪采集多环芳烃光谱数据,获取三维光谱灰度图。对多环芳烃实验样本数据采用多项式平滑法原理实施平滑处理,制备多环芳烃,通过支持向量机(SVM)对多环芳烃光谱定量检测,得到被检测溶液的荧光光谱图,对其光谱特性分析,最终实现光谱定量分析结果。实验结果表明,所提方法能准确地对多环芳烃光谱进行定量分析。 At present,environmental problems have attracted much attention,and the effective solution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollution has become the focus of global attention.Based on this,this paper proposes a quantitative analysis method of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons spectrum based on support vector machine.The spectral data of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is collected by FS920 fluorescence spectrometer,and the three-dimensional spectral grayscale image is obtained.The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon experimental sample data is smoothed using the principle of polynomial smoothing method to prepare polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and the spectrum of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is quantitatively detected by support vector machine(SVM)to obtain the fluorescence spectrum of the detected solution,and its spectral characteristics are analyzed.,and finally realize the spectral quantitative analysis results.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately quantitatively analyze the spectrum of PAHs.
