摘要
为研究预制混凝土夹心保温墙板中不同类型连接件下的抗拔承载力性能,对5种不同类型的玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)连接件的破坏形式、极限承载力等进行了试验研究与理论分析。研究结果表明:抗拔试验试件破坏形式主要为混凝土随连接件剥离,少数试件会被直接拔出,其原因主要是实际试件制作时连接件的锚固长度不足;结合试件抗拔承载力理论分析,针对不同连接件形式给出了不同的抗拔试件劈裂破坏椎体的形状影响系数值βh,研究成果可为非金属连接件的抗拔承载力计算提供参考。
In order to study the uplift bearing capacity of different types of connectors in prefabricated concrete-sandwich insulation wall panels,the experimental research and theoretical analysis were conducted on the failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of five different types of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)connectors.Research results show that The failure mode of the tensile test specimen is mainly the peeling of concrete along with the connector,and connectors of a few components were directly pulled out,mainly due to the insufficient anchorage length of such connectors in specimen production.In conjunction with the theoretical analysis on the uplift bearing capacity of specimens,the shape influence coefficients of cones of uplift test specimens subject to splitting were provided for different types of connectors.Research results can be referenced in the calculation of uplift bearing capacity of non-metallic connectors.
