摘要
纤维增强PP塑料模板作为一种新型的建筑模板,具有质量轻、耐磨性好、复用次数高等优点,在工程领域具有很强的推广价值。通过在某项目开展该新型塑料模板加固体系的研究,在采用三道背楞及七道背楞加固下,对混凝土浇筑前后剪力墙模板表面的变形进行监测。结果表明,当采用七道背楞加固时,所布测点的变形的情况在5 mm以内,在荷载最大的墙根部,变形也能满足规范要求。并且采用七道背楞加固的剪力墙在脱模后实测实量的合格率也普遍提升到95%,试验结果可以为该新型塑料模板的推广使用提供一定的参考。
As a new type of building template,fiber reinforced PP plastic template have many advantages,such as low quality,strong wear resistance,recyclability,which made him has strong application value in engineering.Through the research on the reinforcement system of this new type of plastic template in a building case,the surface deformation of the shear wall template before and after concrete pouring was tested under the reinforcement of three and seven dorsal bars.The results show that when strengthened with seven dorsal bars,the deformation of the measuring points is basically within 5 mm.Furthermore,the deformation at the root of the wall with the largest loading can also meet the requirements of the standard,And the qualified rate of the shear wall strengthened with seven dorsal bars after demoulding is also generally increased to 95%.The test results have certain reference for the promotion and use of this new plastic template.
