聚合物乳液含量对外墙无机涂料性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过研究聚合物乳液含量变化对外墙无机涂料黏结强度与耐水性能的影响规律作了系统评价。设计了初期耐水性、附着力强度和涂料吸水量3组实验对外墙无机涂料的黏结强度与耐水性能进行研究。结果表明:乳液含量对外墙无机涂料初期耐水性影响很大。乳液含量少时,涂料喷涂结束表干1 h内水流冲刷15 h无发泡、起皮、剥落等缺陷现象,干燥后强度无变化;乳液含量高时,涂层冲刷15 h后易发泡;乳液质量分数在10%~13%添加范围内时,外墙无机涂料在混凝土上黏结强度在3 MPa以上;乳液含量越高,外墙无机涂料吸水量越低,涂层越致密。 In this paper,the influence of emulsion content change on the bond strength and water resistance of inorganic coatings for external walls was systematically evaluated.Three experiments of initial water resistance,adhesion strength and water absorption of coatings were designed to study the bond strength and water resistance of inorganic coatings for exterior walls.The results show that the emulsion content has a great influence on the initial water resistance of inorganic coatings for external walls.When the emulsion content is low,the coatings have no foaming,peeling,stripping or other defects after 15 h of water flushing 1 h after the surface drying,and the strength has no change after drying.When the emulsion content is high,the coatings bubble easily after 15 h of flushing.When the emulsion content is in the range of 10%~13%,the bond strength of the inorganic coatings on the concrete is above 3 MP.The higher the emulsion content,the lower the water absorption rate of inorganic coatings for exterior walls and the denser the coatings.
