摘要
目前CCUS技术中应用“气密封扣碳钢油管+气密封封隔器”的CO_(2)注入工艺,该工艺存在施工费用较高、密封薄弱点多、无法长期服役、作业成功率低、油管存在腐蚀等问题。提出了采用耐蚀合金连续管代替气密封扣碳钢油管用于CCUS中CO_(2)注入管柱。分析表明,耐蚀合金连续管薄弱点少,其管柱完整性优于气密封油管,总体成本较低;配合桥塞完井,能够提高完井成功率、避免大修,满足国内绝大多数油藏应用条件,适应范围广。综合耐蚀合金连续管注入工艺完井过程,耐蚀合金连续管在作业周期、作业成功率、作业成本上均有较大优势,在CCUS领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The carbon dioxide injection process of"gas tight sealing carbon steel tubing+gas tight sealing packer"applied in CCUS technology has many problems,such as high construction cost,many weak sealing points,inability to be used for a long time,low success rate of operation,corrosion of tubing,etc.It is proposed to use corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing to replace gas tight sealing carbon steel tubing for carbon dioxide injection string in CCUS.The analysis shows that the corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing has few weak points,its string integrity is better than that of gas seal tubing,and the cost is lower.Combined with bridge plug completion,it can improve the completion success rate,avoid overhaul,meet the application conditions of most domestic reservoirs,and apply widely.Comprehensive well completion process of corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing injection technology has great advantages in operation cycle,operation success rate and operation cost.Corrosion resistant alloy coiled tubing has broad application prospects in CCUS field.
