摘要
文章采用2000-2021年中国五大城市群面板数据,运用EG指数与Tobit模型对城市群产业集聚水平及影响因素进行测度,并利用Gumbel Copula函数测算各城市群产业集聚非线性空间辐射效应。发现:中国五大城市群的产业集聚水平存在差异,其中长三角与京津冀城市群产业集聚水平较高且呈稳步增长趋势,成渝、哈长及中原城市群产业集聚水平较低,且呈逐年下降趋势;城市群产业集聚水平各影响因素的作用机制存在差异,经济发展水平与对外开放水平的正向影响作用显著,资本存量水平和劳动力水平的负向影响作用显著,而政府规模的影响作用不显著;不同城市群的产业集聚空间辐射效应非线性特征差异显著,主要表现为长三角城市群强于成渝城市群强于中原城市群。
Based on the panel data of China’s five urban agglomerations from 2000 to 2021,this paper measures the industrial agglomeration level and its influencing factors of urban agglomerations by using EG index and Tobit model,and analyzes the nonlinear characteristics of the spatial radiation effect of industrial agglomeration of urban agglomerations by using Gumbel Copula function.The results show that there are differences in the level of industrial agglomeration among the five major urban agglomerations in China,among which the industrial agglomeration level of the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomerations is higher and growing steadily,while the industrial agglomeration level of Chengdu Chongqing,Harbin Changsha and Central Plains urban agglomerations is lower and decreasing year by year;There are differences in the action mechanism of various influencing factors of industrial agglomeration level in urban agglomeration,among which the positive effect of economic development level and opening-up level is significant,the negative effect of capital stock level and labor level is significant,but the effect of government scale is not significant;The nonlinear characteristics of industrial agglomeration spatial radiation effects of different urban agglomerations are significantly different and the main performance is that the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is stronger than the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is stronger than the Central Plains urban agglomeration.
