聚碳酸亚丙酯的改性及应用进展

摘要 聚碳酸亚丙酯(Poly propylene carbonate,PPC)是由二氧化碳和环氧丙烷共聚而成的可降解绿色环保材料,可以有效利用二氧化碳以缓解“温室效应”,其广泛应用于包装、医药、电池和军工等领域.但是PPC也存在热性能与机械性能较差、强伸性能对温度依赖性强等不足,为此研究人员对PPC的改性进行了大量研究.本文从PPC的热性能、力学性能和实际生产等方面入手,分别就PPC的化学改性、复合改性和混合改性进行了综述,指出PPC当前的现状以及将要面临的难题,最后对PPC的未来发展进行了展望. Poly propylene carbonate(PPC)is a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material obtained by copolymerization of carbon dioxide and propylene oxide,which could make effective use of carbon dioxide to mitigate the‘greenhouse effect’.It is widely used in packaging,medicine,battery and military industries.However,PPC also has several drawbacks:the poor thermal and mechanical properties,the highly dependent on temperature of strength and elongation properties.In order to make up its performance deficiencies,many researches have been carried out on the modification of PPC.In this paper,the chemical modification,compound modification,and hybrid modification of PPC were respectively reviewed from the aspects of thermal properties,mechanical properties,and actual production.The current status of PPC and the problems to be faced were pointed out.Moreover,the future development of PPC was prospected as well.
