某锑矿采选厂尾矿废水处理工艺设计

摘要 某锑矿采选厂尾矿废水设计采用“两段铁盐石灰化学沉淀+砂滤”的主体工艺,对尾矿废水中的锑、砷重金属及悬浮物SS等污染物进行处理。工程试运行结果表明,各项污染因子均能达到《锡、锑、汞工业污染物排放标准标准》(GB30770-2014)中表2直接排放限值。详细介绍了工艺比选、工艺设计与工艺特征,该工艺技术可靠,经济合理,运行稳定,可供同类工程参考。 The main process of“two stage chemical sedimentation of iron salt and lime+sand filtration”was adopted in the design of tailings wastewater from an antimony ore mining and dressing plant to treat antimony,arsenic,SS and other pollutants in tailings wastewater.The pilot run results of the project showed that all pollution factors could meet the direct emission limit in Table 2 of the Emission Standard for Industrial Pollutants of Tin,Antimony and Mercury(GB30770-2014).The process comparison,process design and process characteristics were introduced in detail,the process technology was reliable,economic and reasonable,and the operation was stable,which could be used as a reference for similar projects.
