基于小跨距铜扁线线圈制造工艺研究

摘要 以TYT400-4飞轮储能电机为例,针对小跨距铜扁线线圈的制造展开工艺研究。文中针对该定子线圈的宽厚接近(线规尺寸2.7×2.8mm),绕梭、涨型极易扭曲翻转造成线圈翻趴,同时定子槽型半闭口槽、嵌线设计槽满率高等,模拟涨型机设备原理设计了涨型装置,针对线圈翻趴、反弹、一致性、绝缘保护等工艺难点提出了有效的解决方法,具有较高的工程使用价值。 Taking a TYT400-4 flywheel energy storage motor as an example,manufacturing process of small span copper flat wire coil is studied in this paper.Because width and thickness of the stator coil are similar(wire gauge size 2.7×2.8mm),the winding shuttle and pilling are easily twisted and overturned,resulting in the coil overturning.At the same time,the full rate of stator slot semi closed slot and embedded slot is high,and the pilling device is designed to simulate the equipment principle of pilling machine.The effective solutions have been proposed for technology difficulties such as coil overturning,rebound,consistency,and insulation protection,which has high engineering value.
