摘要
文章制备了不添加聚丙烯纤维(PPF)再生粗骨料和PPF体积掺量为0.10%、0.15%、0.20%再生粗骨料,并制作再生混凝土试件,分析再生混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着PPF体积掺量的增加,混凝土拌合物流变性降低。添加PPF的各组混凝土试件抗折破坏均为塑性破坏。随着PPF体积掺量的增加,试件抗压强度、轴心抗压强度逐渐增加,劈裂抗拉强度先降低后上升。随着PPF体积掺量的增加,试件静压弹性模量、轴压韧性指数先增大后降低,峰值应力先降低后增大。随着PPF体积掺量的增加,试件内部孔隙率、大孔径分布比例总体呈下降趋势。PPF体积掺量为0.15%,再生混凝土试件的力学性能更优。
Recycled coarse aggregate without polypropylene fiber(PPF)and recycled coarse aggregate with PPF volume content of 0.10%,0.15%and 0.20%were prepared,and recycled concrete specimens were made to analyze the influence of mechanical properties of recycled concrete.The results show that with the increase of PPF volume content,the deformation of concrete mixing logistics decreases.The flexural failure of each group of concrete specimens with PPF is plastic failure.With the increase of PPF volume content,the compressive strength and axial compressive strength of the specimens increase gradually,and the splitting tensile strength decreases first and then increases.With the increase of PPF volume content,the static pressure elastic modulus and axial compression toughness index of the specimens increase first and then decrease,and the peak stress decreases first and then increases.With the increase of PPF volume content,the internal porosity and large pore size distribution ratio of the specimen generally show a downward trend.When the volume content of PPF is 0.15%,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete specimens are better.
