大直径盾构隧道穿越中心城区密集建筑群设计优化及施工关键技术 被引量:2

Optimization of designs and key technologies for construction of large-diameter shielded tunnel crossing below densely clustered buildings in central urban area

摘要 以上海龙耀路越江隧道为例,针对大直径盾构隧道穿越中心城区密集建筑群施工难题,对原设计方案进行了平面线位优化与管片优化设计,同时采用泥水循环HS系列新型聚合物材料、同步注浆HD干粉材料等控制地层扰动与地面沉降,并运用自动化监测技术等监控盾构穿越施工全过程,形成了中心城区大直径盾构隧道设计、施工创新技术体系。工程应用表明,无论是穿越过程还是穿越后,盾构施工导致的地面沉降不大且较为平稳,上部房屋建筑结构安全可控,实现了大直径盾构隧道穿越密集建筑群的安全施工。相关设计施工技术可为类似项目提供技术指导与经验借鉴。 Taking the river-crossing tunnel for Longyao Road in Shanghai as an example,to overcome the difficulties in construction of a large-diameter shielded tunnel crossing below densely clustered buildings in the central urban area,the original design was optimized for plan alignment optimization and segment optimization.At the same time,the HS series of new polymer material for circulating slurry,synchronous grouting with HD dry powder and other measures were used to control ground disturbance and settlement,and automatic monitoring technology was used to monitor the whole process of shield tunneling,thus formulating an innovative technical system for the design and construction of large-diameter shielded tunnels in central urban areas.The engineering practice showed that ground settlement caused by shield tunneling is small and relatively stable and the building structures on top is safe and controllable,whether during or after shield tunneling,thus realizing the safe construction of large-diameter shield tunnel crossing below densely clustered buildings.Relevant design and construction technologies can provide technical guidance and reference for similar projects.
