施硒浓度对水培蒲公英次生代谢产物含量的影响

摘要 为了探究硒胁迫对水培蒲公英中次生代谢产物影响,本实验以蒲公英为研究对象,采用向营养液中添加亚硒酸钠的方式对蒲公英进行水浴培育,通过对蒲公英叶片以及根系中黄酮、多酚等次生代谢产物检测分析,获得不同硒浓度对植物代谢的影响。结果表明:(1)总体上来看,低浓度外源硒会促进水培蒲公英次生代谢生成,而高浓度外源硒会抑制次生代谢生成。(2)以次生代谢产物含量为响应值,水培蒲公英最佳施硒浓度为48μmol/L。(3)叶片中异黄酮和黄酮类化合物含量明显高于根系,这表明施硒方式对水培蒲公英次生代谢产物富集有显著影响。本研究为水培富硒蒲公英次生代谢产物的研究和应用提供理论支撑。 In order to explore the effect of selenium stress on secondary metabolites in hydroponic dandelion,this experiment took dandelion as the research object,and added sodium selenite to the nutrient solution to cultivate dandelion in water bath.The detection and analysis of secondary metabolites such as polyphenols were used to obtain the effect of different selenium concentrations on plant metabolism.The results show that:(1)Generally speaking,low concentration of exogenous selenium can promote the production of secondary metabolism in hydroponic dandelion,while high concentration of exogenous selenium can inhibit the production of secondary metabolism.(2)Taking the content of secondary metabolites as the response value,the optimal selenium application concentration of hydroponic dandelion was 48μmol/L.(3)The contents of isoflavones and flavonoids in leaves were significantly higher than those in roots,which indicated that selenium fertilization had a significant effect on the enrichment of secondary metabolites in hydroponic dandelion.This study provides theoretical support for the research and application of secondary metabolites of selenium-enriched dandelion in hydroponics.
