摘要
采用连续滴定法对金属矿中的高含量铜、铅、锌进行测定,为铜、铅、锌提供指导。通过一次溶样,先分离硫酸铅以测定其铅含量;滤液定容后分取独立两份,一份可用于测定铜含量,另一份测定铜、锌合量;铜、铅、锌含量超过1%的样品,连续滴定法测试绝对偏差最大仅为0.04%。本方法过程简便,滴定终点容易观察,解决了多金属矿中铜、铅、锌互相干扰而无法测定问题,测定结果准确、可靠。
The continuous titration method is used to determine the high content of copper,lead and zinc in metal ores,and the guidance for copper,lead and zinc is provided.The lead sulfate is separated to determine the content of lead by dissolving the sample once;the volume of filtrate is fixed and separated into two parts,one part can be used to determine the content of copper,the other part can be used to determine the summation of copper and zinc;When the content of copper,lead and zinc exceeds 1%,the maximum absolute deviation is only 0.04%tested by continuous titration method.This method is simple and easy to observe the end point of titration.It solves the problem that copper,lead and zinc in polymetallic ore cannot be determined due to mutual interference,and the result is accurate and reliable.
