矿井提升机制动液压系统的设计及特性研究

摘要 制动液压系统作为矿井提升机制动系统的控制单元,它参与提升机的正常开闸、工作制动、安全制动等关键动作。针对矿井提升机的问题,通过分析矿井提升机的换绳技术,对换绳装置和液压制动装置进行具体研究,通过实际应用,结果表明,换绳工作从开始到结束仅仅用了5h,极大地减少了换绳工作的时间,液压制动装置的安装,提升机速度从3.5m/s降为0,所需时间为6s,减速度为0.6m/s2,降低了提升机制动成本,保证了提升机运行的稳定性和安全性,为矿井安全开采提供了必要保障。 The braking hydraulic system,as the control unit of the braking system of the mine hoist,participates in key actions such as normal opening,working braking,and safety braking of the hoist.In response to the problem of mine hoists,the rope changing technology of mine hoists was analyzed,and the specific research was conducted on the rope changing device and hydraulic braking device.Through practical application,the results showed that the rope changing work only took 5 hours from the beginning to the end,greatly reducing the time for rope changing work.The installation of hydraulic braking device reduced the hoist speed from3.5m/s to 0,requiring 6 seconds,and the deceleration was 0.6m/s2,reducing the hoist braking cost.This ensures the stability and safety of the hoist operation,providing necessary guarantees for safe mining in the mine.
