摘要
以工字口弧形布流器的双辊薄带连铸为研究对象,建立了带宽为1350 mm、辊径500 mm三维数值计算模型,对钢液流动状态与温度分布情况进行非稳态计算分析,以验证工字形弧形布流器的结构合理性,并分析在相同钢液入口温度条件下,不同带钢速度对熔池流场与温度场的影响。结果表明,工字口弧形布流器在熔池温度分布、流动状态、凝固情况均表现良好。在入口钢液温度为1770 K条件下,拉速从20 m/min增加到40 m/min和60 m/min,出口处从液相质量分数从0变为0.15和0.47,凝固坯壳厚度也减为0.5、0.1 mm,工作拉速在40 m/min左右较为合理。
Taking the twin-roll thin strip continuous casting and rolling molten pool with an inverted H-shaped arc distributor as the research object,a three-dimensional numerical calculation model with a width of 1350 mm and a roll diameter of 500 mm was established.The flow state and temperature distribution were carried out to verify the rationality of the shape design of the inverted H-shaped outlet,and the influence of the same molten steel temperature and different casting speeds on the molten pool flow field and temperature field was analyzed.The results show that the inverted H-shaped outlet flow distributor performs well in the temperature distribution,flow state and solidification of the molten pool.When the temperature of molten steel at the inlet is 1770 K,the casting speed is increased from 20 m/min to 40 m/min and 60 m/min,the liquid mass fraction at the outlet is changed from 0 to 0.15 and 0.47,the solidified shell is also reduced to 0.5 mm and 0.1 mm.The rational working casting speed is about 40 m/min.
