空气温湿度取样装置改进方案及验证

摘要 介绍空气温湿度取样装置的组成和工作原理,分析影响其性能的关键因素,并对取样盒前段直管段长度、取样盒内蜂窝整流栅、取样盒风机、取样盒体材质、取样盒体密封性进行测试和分析。结果表明,将前段直管段长度调整为1.5倍管径,蜂窝整流栅边长由4 mm减小到3 mm,增大取样盒风机功率,将取样盒材质改为不锈钢,完善取样盒体的密封性,均可以提高取样盒内部的风速,风速在5 m/s左右,满足定制要求(4~6 m/s)。 The composition and working principle of the air temperature and humidity sampler are introduced,the key factors affecting its performance are analyzed,and the length of the straight pipe in the front section of the sampling box,the honeycomb rectifier grid in the sampling box,the fan of the sampling box,the material of the sampling box,and the sealing performance of the sampling box are test and analyzed.The results show that,increasing the length of the straight pipe section in the front section to 1.5 times of the pipe diameter,reducing the side length of the honeycomb rectifier grid from 4 mm to 3 mm,increasing the power of the fan of the sampling box,changing the material of the sampling box to stainless steel,and improving the sealing performance of the sampling box can all improve the air speed inside the sampling box,and the air speed can reach about 5 m/s,meeting the customization requirements for the range of 4 m/s to 6 m/s.
