基于BIM的高空自承式型钢吊挂连廊施工工艺

摘要 高层建筑的连廊结构具有跨度大、位置高等特点,采用传统支模方式施工难度较大。该文提出了一种基于有限元及BIM的自承式型钢吊挂连廊施工方法,采用工字型钢搭建吊挂式自承模板平台,无需落地支架即可实现连廊结构在高空成型。通过有限元及BIM软件进行建模计算和模拟施工后,可实现节点优化,更直观地指导施工。 The corridor structure of high-rise buildings has the characteristics of large span and high position,so the traditional formwork method cannot work well for it.This paper proposed a construction method for the hanging corridor of self-supporting steel based on finite element and BIM,which adopts I-shaped steel to build a hanging self-supporting formwork platform,the corridor structure can be formed at a high altitude without floor brackets.After modeling,calculation,and simulation of construction using finite element and BIM software,node optimization can be achieved,providing more intuitive guidance for construction.
