摘要
以甘蔗为前驱体,制备了甘蔗基活性炭,并通过NiO、CeO_(2)进行改性,对SO_(2)进行吸附实验研究,结果表明,NiO、CeO_(2)的加入对甘蔗基活性炭的比表面积增大、吸附量的提高具有有利影响,NiO的最佳添加量为2.5%,CeO_(2)的最佳添加量为5%,吸附剂最佳吸附应条件为:吸附温度为60℃,SO_(2)初始浓度为1000×10^(-6),空速为1200h^(-1)。在最佳反应条件下,2.5%NiO/5.0%CeO_(2)-甘蔗基活性炭的SO_(2)吸附量为56.39m^(2)·g^(-1)。
Sugarcane-based activated carbon was prepared by using sugarcane as a precursor,and modified by NiO and CeO_(2),and SO_(2)adsorption experiments were carried out.The results showed that the addition of NiO and CeO_(2)had a beneficial effect on the increase of specific surface area and adsorption capacity of sugarcane-based activated carbon.The optimum addition amount of NiO was 2.5%,and the optimum addition amount of CeO_(2)was 5%.The optimum adsorption conditions of the adsorbent were as follows:the adsorption temperature was 60℃,the initial concentration of SO_(2)was 1000×10^(-6),and the space velocity was 1200h^(-1).Under the optimum reaction conditions,the SO_(2)adsorption capacity of 2.5%NiO/5.0%CeO_(2)-activated carbon was 56.39 m^(2)·g^(-1).
