摘要
设计了一套氢燃料电池性能检测系统。基于比例调节阀、电磁阀、质量流量计、加热保温管路等设计了供气及尾排系统,实现了反应气体的温度和流量的精确控制;基于电磁阀、变频水泵、热交换器、增湿罐等设计了冷却及加湿系统,使电堆温度始终维持在最佳工作温度,增湿器原理为鼓泡和喷淋式增湿,可实现高效增湿;基于西门子PLC和研华工控机设计数据采集与控制系统,实现对传感器数据的采集,设计了实验对测试系统进行验证。实验结果表明,系统稳定可靠,具有较好的应用效果。
A set of hydrogen fuel cell performance detection system was designed.Based on proportional control valve,solenoid valve,mass flow meter,heating insulation pipeline,etc.,the gas supply and exhaust system were designed to realize precise control of the temperature and flow of reaction gas;based on solenoid valve,variable frequency water pump,heat exchanger,humidification tank,etc,the cooling and humidification system was designed.The cooling and humidification system keep the stack temperature at the best working temperature.The principle of the humidifier was bubbling and spray humidification,which could achieve high-efficiency humidification.The data acquisition and control system was designed based on Siemens PLC and Advantech industrial computer,to realize the acquisition of sensor data,and designed experiments to verify the test system.The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable,and has a good application effect.
