摘要
通过文献计量学的方法检索中国知网、万方、维普等中文文献库,搜集叙事护理文献,并通过数据分析得出叙事护理领域在国内研究热度呈上升趋势的结论。中文文献侧重于叙事护理的临床应用,并以肿瘤患者的叙事护理为主要关注方向;在叙事护理研究领域部分机构发文较为活跃,但不同机构之间的合作非常有限;以姜安丽与李春为主的叙事护理理论和实践模式仍然是国内文献参考的主要框架。研究检索策略较为严格,所得数据相对有限,未来的文献研究或可进一步扩大检索范围并进行更深入的探讨。
The bibliometric method was used to search Chinese literature bases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and CQVIP to collect narrative nursing literature,and the data analysis led to the conclusion that the research trend in the field of narrative nursing is increasing in China.The Chinese literature focused on the clinical application of narrative nursing,with narrative nursing for oncology patients as the main focus.Some institutions were more active in the field of narrative nursing,but collaboration between different institutions was very limited.The theoretical and practical models of narrative nursing,mainly by Jiang Anli and Li Chun,were still the main framework for reference in the domestic literature.The search strategy in this paper was relatively strict and therefore the data obtained were relatively limited.Future research may further expand the search scope and conduct a more in-depth exploration.
