摘要
大型混流式水轮机的转轮上冠结构复杂,需要设置降低机组容积损失的止漏装置以及减少机组轴向水推力的减压装置。止漏环及减压装置结构型式多样,合理的转轮上冠结构设计是保证水轮机运行效率和机组运行安全稳定性的重要保障,文章通过对已投运电站转轮上冠止漏环及减压装置结构的探究和分析,为原型水轮机工程设计提供参考和依据。
The upper crown structure of the runner of large mix flow water turbine is complex,so it is necessary to set the leakage stop device to reduce the volume loss of the unit and the decompression device to reduce the axial water thrust of the unit.There are various types of structure of the leak-stop ring and decompression device,and the reasonable structure design of the upper crown of the runner is an important guarantee to ensure the operation efficiency of the turbine and the safety and stability of the unit.By analyzing and studying the structure of the upper crown leakage stop ring and decompression device of the running wheel operated in the power station,this paper provides reference and basis for the engineering design of the prototype turbine.
