摘要
为研究烟支空头影响因素与烟支空头数量之间的关系,本文通过MINITAB17软件,运用回归分析方法,对风机正压、梗导板高度、压实端位置3个因子与B品牌烟支空头数量的影响规律进行了研究。试验统计分析结果表明,确保卷接机正常运行和其他参数不变的情况下,在3个因子各自的参数范围内,风机正压越大、梗导板高度越小、压实端位置偏移量越大,烟支空头数量越多。
In order to study the relationship between the influencing factors of cigarette shorts and the amount of short cigarettes,this paper uses the MINITAB17 software to analyze the relationship between the three factors of positive pressure of the fan,the height of the stem guide,and the position of the compaction end and the number of short cigarettes of the B brand through the regression analysis method.The influence law of the fan has been studied.The experimental statistical analysis results showed that:in the case of ensuring the normal operation of the coiling unit and other parameters unchanged,within the respective parameter ranges of the three factors,the larger the positive pressure of the fan,the smaller the height of the stem guide plate,The greater the position offset of the compaction end,the greater the number of short cigarettes.
