基于红蓝光质配比的小花型蝴蝶兰组培苗生长调控

Growth Control of Small-flowered Phalaenopsis ssp.Tissue Culture Seedlings Based on Red and Blue Light Quality Ratios

摘要 以“甜格格”“粉佳人”“夜光兰”“绿熊”组培苗为试验材料,设置100%红光、70%红光+30%蓝光、50%红光+50%蓝光、30%红光+70%蓝光、100%蓝光5种光质,白炽光为对照。研究不同光质配比对蝴蝶兰组培苗生长的影响。结果表明,50%红光+50%蓝光处理下蝴蝶兰组培苗株高、叶片数、叶尖距、叶宽、叶长、最长根长等生长指标均最高,最有利于蝴蝶兰组培苗的生长;同时在不同光质配比下植株增殖倍数依次为“绿熊”>“甜格格”>“夜光兰”>“粉佳人”。 The seedlings of'Sweet Gram','Pink Lady','Luminous Orchid'and'Green Bear'were used as the test materials,and incandescent light used as the control,100%red light,70%red light+30%blue light,50%red light+50%blue light,30%red light+70%blue light,and 100%blue light were set.The effects of different light quality ratios on the growth of Phalaenopsis ssp.seedlings were investigated.The results showed that the growth indexes such as height,number of leaves,leaf tip distance,leaf width,leaf length and longest root length of Phalaenopsis ssp.seedlings were the highest under 50%red light+50%blue light treatment,which were the most favorable to the growth of Phalaenopsis ssp.seedlings;Meanwhile,the proliferation rate of plants under different light quality ratios from big to small were'Green Bear','Sweet Gog','Sweet Gog','Sweet Gog','Luminous Orchid','Pink Beauty'.
