摘要
目的:调查老年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后病人个人掌控感水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采取便利抽样的方法,使用一般资料调查表、Herth希望量表、个人掌控感量表对接受PCI治疗的193例老年病人进行问卷调查。结果:研究共发放问卷205份,回收有效问卷193份,有效回收率94.1%。老年冠心病PCI术后病人个人掌控感得分为(20.64±4.00)分。不同文化程度、居住地、医保类型、安置支架个数、血脂是否异常、是否首次行PCI术的病人个人掌控感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。希望水平与个人掌控感呈正相关关系(r=0.324,P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,血脂异常、希望水平低、居住地为农村、医保类型为自费的病人个人掌控感更低(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:老年冠心病PCI术后病人个人掌控感水平有待提高,应根据影响因素,制定针对性的干预措施。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of mastery in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:The convenient sampling method was selected,193 elderly CHD patients after PCI were investigated using the general information questionnaire,Herth Hope Index(HHI)and Personal Mastery Scale(PMS).Results:A total of 205 questionnaires were distributed,among them,193 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 94.1%.The mean score of PMS was(20.64±4.00).There had statistical differences about the mastery of patients according to the different educational level,residence,types of medical insurance,number of stents,whether blood lipid was abnormal,and whether PCI was performed for the first time(P<0.05 to P<0.01).PMS was positively correlated with HHI(r=0.324,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that when the blood lipid and hope were abnormal,the residence was in rural area,the type of medical insurance was self-expense,the mastery of these patients was lower(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The level of mastery in elderly CHD patients after PCI needs to be improved,and the targeted intervention measures should be formulated according to the influencing factors.
