生态价值视角下黄河流域农业生态效率时空演变及提升路径研究 被引量:2

Temporal and Spatial Evolution and Improvement Path of Agricultural Eco-efficiency in Yellow River Basin from Perspective of Ecological Value

摘要 在考虑粮食农业生态价值(ESV)和农业碳排放的基础上,运用超效率SBM-Malmquist模型,从静态和动态2个角度阐释了2011—2020年黄河流域农业生态效率时空分异特征及生产率增长来源。结果表明:(1)研究期间黄河流域的粮食生态价值整体呈上升趋势;(2)黄河流域农业碳排放总量呈先上升后下降的趋势,省际之间农业碳排放差异显著;(3)黄河流域农业生态效率整体呈现波动上升趋势,但不同区域的差异明显,其中内蒙古的农业生态效率最高,陕西、甘肃、青海和宁夏的农业生态效率显著低于其他地区;(4)黄河流域农业全要素生产率指数均大于1,整体的发展态势良好,但仍存在技术转化效率不足、管理效率水平较低等问题。基于此,提出了建设新型农业体系、促进农业绿色低碳发展等对策建议,以此推动黄河流域高质量发展。 Based on the consideration of food agro-ecological value(ESV)and agricultural carbon emissions,the super-efficiency SBM-Malmquist model was used to analyze the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of agricultural eco-efficiency and the sources of productivity growth in the Yellow River Basin during 2011~2020 from static and dynamic perspectives.The results showed that:(1)During the study period,the ecological value of grain in the Yellow River Basin was on the rise;(2)The total agricultural carbon emission in the Yellow River Basin increased first and then decreased,with significant differences among provinces.(3)The overall agricultural eco-efficiency in the Yellow River Basin showed an upward trend of fluctuation,with obvious geographical differences.The efficiency in Inner Mongolia was the highest,while that in Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia was significantly lower than that in other regions.(4)The total factor productivity index of the Yellow River Basin is all greater than 1,indicating a good overall development trend,but there are still problems such as insufficient technology conversion efficiency and low management efficiency.Based on this,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to build a new agricultural system,promote the green and low-carbon development of agriculture,and promote high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
