摘要
基于2020年中国1871个县域的截面数据,依托OLS和分位数回归方法,实证检验了数字乡村建设对农民收入的影响效应,并研究了数字乡村建设在东、中、西部地区所表现出的异质性。结果表明:数字乡村建设从不同方面对农民收入均产生了显著的正向影响,且对不同收入群体产生的影响有所差异;数字基础设施建设和治理数字化能促进高收入群体收入的提高,生活数字化能够带动低收入和中等收入农民拓宽收入渠道,增加收入;数字乡村建设对东部和中部地区农民收入的增长具有显著的促进作用,对西部地区低收入和中等收入农民的影响并不显著。因此,建议进一步提升数字乡村建设的水平和质量,逐步缩小农民内部和不同区域间农民收入的差距。
Based on the cross-sectional data of 1871 counties in China in 2020,the effect of digital rural construction on farmers’income was empirically tested by OLS and quantile regression methods,and its heterogeneity in the eastern,central and western regions was further studied.The results show that the digital rural construction has a significant positive impact on farmers’income from different aspects,and the impact on different income groups is different.Digital infrastructure construction and governance digitalization can promote the increase of income of high-income groups,and the digitalization of life can drive farmers of low and middle income to expand income channels and increase income.In addition,the construction of digital villages has a significant role in promoting the growth of farmers’incomes in the eastern and central regions,but has no significant impact on farmers of low and middle income in the western regions.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the level and quality of digital rural construction and gradually narrow the income gap between farmers and regions.
