摘要
基于山东省济南和淄博地区农村住宅调研,分析既有农村住宅非透光围护结构热工性能及其能耗状况,认为提高围护结构热工性能、降低冬季采暖能耗是寒冷地区农村住宅亟待解决的问题。针对农村住宅自建房现状,提出现阶段提高农村住宅外墙、屋顶和地面热工性能的构造方式,为寒冷地区新建和改建农村住宅节能优化设计与建造提供参考。
Based on the rural residential building survey in Ji'nan and Zibo,Shandong province,this paper analyzes the thermal performance and energy consumption of the non-transparent envelope of existing rural residential building,and holds that improving the thermal performance of the envelope to reduce the heating energy consumption in winter is an urgent problem.According to the present situation of self-built rural residential buildings,this paper puts forward the construction modes to improve the thermal performance of walls,roofs and floors of rural residential buildings at the present stage,and provides a reference for the energy efficiency optimization design and construction of new and rebuilt rural residential buildings in cold zones.
