摘要
[目的]明确贵州省道真县党参茎基腐病的病原及其防治药剂。[方法]利用组织分离法和柯赫氏法则进行病原菌的分离和致病性验证,利用形态学与rDNA-ITS对致病菌进行鉴定,之后通过大田防治试验测定5种杀菌剂对党参茎基腐病的防治效果。[结果]引起道真党参茎基腐病的病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum);杀菌剂大田防治试验结果表明,50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂对病害的防治效果最佳,病害防治效果为81.63%;25%甲霜灵可湿性粉剂的防治效果次之,防治效果为74.49%;40%乙膦铝可湿性粉剂、65%代森锌可湿性粉剂、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂对党参茎基腐病的防治效果较差为30.61%~51.02%。[结论]道真大沙河党参茎基腐病的病原为尖孢镰刀菌,50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂对党参茎基腐病的防治效果较好。
[Objective]To identify the pathogen of stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula in Daozhen County,Guizhou Province and its control agents.[Method]The pathogenic bacteria were isolated and verified by tissue isolation method and Koch's rule.The pathogenic bacteria were identified by morphology and rDNA ITS,and then the control effect of five fungicides on stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula was determined by field control test.[Result]Fusarium oxysporum was the pathogen causing the stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula.The field control experiment of fungicide showed that 50%carbendazim wettable powder had the best effect on disease control,and the disease control effect was 81.63%;the control effect of 25%metalaxyl wettable powder was the second,and the disease control effect was 74.49%;40%ethyl phosphine aluminum wettable powder,65%Daisen zinc wettable powder and 70%thiophanate methyl wettable powder had a poor effect on the stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula,which was 30.61%-51.02%.[Conclusion]The pathogen of stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula in Daozhen Dasha River was F.oxysporum,and 50%carbendazim wettable powder had good control effect on stem base rot of Codonopsis pilosula.
