摘要
以某超限教学楼结构为例,针对存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、凹凸不规则、局部穿层柱等多项不规则的超限高层结构进行抗震设计。综合考虑结构不规则程度,确定结构的抗震性能目标为D级,关键构件抗震性能目标为C级,进行了小震、中震及大震作用下的计算分析,并采取相应的抗震加强措施。结果表明结构各项性能指标均符合相关规范的要求,抗震性能良好,可为类似超限结构提供设计参考。
Taking an over-limit teaching building structure as the case,seismic design is carried out for high-rise structures with multiple irregularities such as torsional irregularity,discontinuous flooring,plane irregularity,and partial through-layer columns.Considering the degree of structural irregularity comprehensively,the anti-seismic performance target of the structure is determined to be D,and the anti-seismic performance target of key compo⁃nents is determined to be C.The calculation and analysis under the action of small earthquakes,medium earth⁃quakes,and large earthquakes are carried out,and the corresponding seismic strengthening measures are taken.The results show that all performance indexes of the structure meet the requirements of correlative specifications,and the seismic performance is good,which may provide the reference for similar structures.
