摘要
目的探讨外源性促性腺激素治疗低促性腺激素性闭经不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取56例低促性腺激素性闭经不孕症患者为研究对象,根据红蓝双色球法分为两组,各28例。对照组予以常规治疗,试验组予以外源性促性腺激素治疗,比较两组治疗效果、激素水平、优势卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度及不良反应。结果试验组治疗总有效率为89.29%,高于对照组的67.86%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮水平高于对照组,优势卵泡数量多于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外源性促性腺激素治疗低促性腺激素闭经不孕症临床效果显著,能改善激素水平,且安全性较高,值得推荐。
Objective To Explore the clinical efficacy of exogenous gonadotropins in the treatment of low gonadotropin induced amenorrhea and infertility.Methods 56 patients with low gonadotropin induced amenorrhea and infertility were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the red blue dichroism method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the experimental group received exogenous gonadotropin treatment.The treatment effects,hormone levels,number of dominant follicles,endometrial thickness,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 89.29%,higher than 67.86%in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol,and progesterone in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the number of dominant follicles in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the thickness of the endometrium was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of exogenous gonadotropins in the treatment of low gonadotropin induced amenorrhea infertility is significant,can improve hormone levels,and has high safety,which is worth recommending.
