微课联合TBL教学在妇产科学见习课中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微课联合TBL教学在妇产科学见习课中的应用效果。方法选取54例临床专业班学生,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组27例。对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用微课联合TBL教学。比较两组课后测验、期中期末考核成绩,发放调查问卷评估学生学习素养达标率,并调查学生对教学工作的满意度。结果观察组课后测验、期中考试、期末考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学习兴趣、自主学习、团队协作与沟通、处理分析问题、知识拓展、联系实际达标率分别为87.50%、82.50%、92.50%、90.00%、92.50%、85.00%,均高于对照组的52.50%、45.00%、55.00%、62.50%、67.50%、62.50%(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科学见习课中采用微课联合TBL教学能提高学生成绩,可改善其学习素养,有利于提升其满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-class combined TBL teaching in obstetrics and gynecology probation class.Methods 54 clinical students were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was taught by routine teaching,and the observation group was taught by micro-class combined with TBL.After class test,mid-term and final assessment results of the two groups were compared,questionnaires were issued to assess students'attainment rate of learning literacy,and students'satisfaction with teaching work was investigated.Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The achievement rates of learning interest,independent learning,team cooperation and communication,problem solving and analysis,knowledge expansion and contact practice were 87.50%,82.50%,92.50%,90.00%,92.50%and 85.00%,respectively.Those in the control group were 52.50%,45.00%,55.00%,62.50%,67.50%,62.50%(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of micro-class and TBL teaching in obstetrics and gynecology probation course can improve students'performance,improve their learning literacy and improve their satisfaction.
