摘要
带状疱疹为临床常见病和多发病,治疗不当常引起后遗神经痛,严重影响患者生活质量。曹正柳教授认为带状疱疹的发病当从虚实两端出发来考虑,初期以邪实为主,后期为虚实夹杂,病位主要在肝和脾。本文总结了曹正柳教授治疗带状疱疹的临床经验,在辨证论治的基础上,形成了采用火针、雷火灸,结合取夹脊穴,循经辨证远端取穴针刺的方法进行综合治疗的方法,该方法收效显著,可以为临床提供借鉴。
Herpes zoster is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.Improper treatment often causes postherpetic neuralgia,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor CAO Zhengliu believes that the incidence of herpes zoster should be considered from both aspects of deficiency and excess.The disease is mainly caused by evil excess in the early stage,and is mixed with deficiency and excessin the later stage.The disease location is mainly in the liver and spleen.This paper summarizes Professor Cao Zhengliu's clinical experience in the treatment of herpes zoster,who has formed a comprehensive treatment method using fire needle,thunder fire moxibustion,combined with acupuncture at Jiaji points on distal end according to meridian syndrome differentiation on the basis of treatment with syndrome differentiation.This method has a significant effect and can provide reference for clinical practice.
