蓝光照射、双歧杆菌三联活菌联合维生素B2综合治疗对高胆红素血症患儿的临床效果

摘要 目的:分析蓝光照射+双歧杆菌三联活菌+维生素B2综合治疗对高胆红素血症患儿的疗效及胆红素水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月金乡县人民医院收治的高胆红素血症患儿102例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组给予蓝光照射治疗,观察组给予蓝光照射+双歧杆菌三联活菌+维生素B2综合治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状控制时间、胆红素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。观察组黄疸、胎粪症状控制时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组总胆红素、间接胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:蓝光照射+双歧杆菌三联活菌+维生素B2综合治疗方案应用于高胆红素血症患儿的治疗效果确切,可有效降低胆红素水平,快速控制症状,减少不良反应发生。 Objective:To analyze the effect of blue light irradiation+bifidobacterium trivium+vitamin B2 on hyperbilirubinemia and the level of bilirubin in children.Methods:A total of one hundred and two children with hyperbilirubinemia treated in Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty-one cases in each group.The control group was given blue light irradiation treatment,and the observation group was given blue light irradiation+bifidobacterium trivium+vitamin B2 comprehensive treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom control time,bilirubin level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).The control time of jaundice and meconium symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:Blue light irradiation+bifidobacterium trivium+vitamin B2 combined treatment in children with hyperbilirubinemia has a definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce bilirubin levels,quickly control symptoms,and reduce adverse reactions.
