摘要
肥胖属于慢性、易复发、进行性疾病状态,与脂肪性肝病、糖尿病等代谢性疾病密切相关,造成我国及全球严重的疾病负担,针对肥胖症及代谢性疾病的预防、治疗和管理具有重要意义。本研究在态靶辨治理论体系指导下,结合真实世界的临床诊疗实践,提出肥胖症“三结合”系统性治疗方法与随访管理措施(中药内服与中医外治结合、中医综合治疗与外科代谢手术结合、院内诊治与院外生活方式管理结合),以期构建肥胖症中医药防治的综合干预策略,从而启发脂肪性肝病诊疗的新思路、新方法。
Obesity,a chronic,relapsing and progressive disease condition with close connection between metabolic disorders such as fatty liver disease and diabetes,has resulted in tremendous medical burdens worldwide and china It is of great significance for the whole world to prevention,treatment,and management of obesity and metabolic diseases.Under the guidance of State-Target Strategy our study proposed a"three-fold combination"systemic treatment for obesity and follow-up management measures,which combined with real-world clinical practice.The three treatments are combination of oral administration and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,integration of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment and metabolic surgery,and unity of in-hospital diagnosis and out-of-hospital lifestyle management.Considering the above,we aim to construct a comprehensive intervention strategy for the prevention and treatment of obesity using traditional Chinese medicine,thereby inspiring new ideas and approaches in the diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver disease.
