光伏屋面在既有建筑改造中的应用及效益分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION AND BENEFIT OF PV ROOF IN EXISTING BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION

摘要 以武汉市城市更新中某老旧小区既有建筑屋面的防水改造项目为例,对光伏屋面在既有建筑改造中的可行性,以及经济效益和社会效益进行了研究和分析。研究结果表明:光伏屋面可发电,其在提供清洁能源的同时,还可以从根本上解决城市更新过程中既有建筑屋面防水层老化带来的渗漏问题。光伏屋面应用于既有建筑屋面防水改造,能有效延长既有建筑屋面防水层的使用寿命。在考虑建设成本的条件下,光伏屋面应用于既有建筑改造中的经济效益明显,同时能取得较好的环境效益,并带动当地就业。光伏屋面在既有建筑改造中的应用为中国碳达峰和碳中和目标的推进提供了新的技术路径,未来光伏屋面将成为城市更新中绿色能源建设的重要技术路径之一。 This paper takes the waterproofing reconstruction project of an existing building roof in an old residential area of Wuhan urban renewal as an example to study and analyze the feasibility,economic and social benefits of PV roof in the reconstruction of existing buildings.The research results show that PV roof can generate power,providing clean energy while fundamentally solves the leakage problem caused by waterproof layers aging of existing building roofs during urban renewal.Application of PV roof in waterproofing reconstruction of existing building roofs can effectively extend the service life of the existing building roof waterproofing layer.Under the consideration of construction costs,the application of PV roofs in the reconstruction of existing buildings has significant economic benefits,while also achieving good environmental benefits and driving local employment.The application of PV roofs in the reconstruction of existing buildings has provided a new technological path for promoting emission peak and carbon neutrality goals of China.In the future,PV roofs will become one of the important technological paths for green energy construction in urban renewal.
