摘要
目前,小型合成氨工艺已被我国淘汰,但可用作处理、回收富氢尾气生产合成氨,变废为宝、绿色环保。在实际生产中,合成系统表现出压力高、温度难控制、频繁更换合成塔内件等缺点,有生产安全隐患。本文梳理了生产流程,对生产中出现的问题进行分析,总结了成因,提出了改进方案,通过局部改造,实现了压力低、温度可平稳控制,提高了生产安全水平。
At present,the small synthetic ammonia process has been eliminated in our country,can be used as a treatment,recovery of hydrogen-rich tail gas production of synthetic ammonia,waste into treasure,green environmental protection.In actual production,the synthesis system has some disadvantages,such as high pressure,difficult temperature control,frequent replacement of the inner parts of the synthesis tower,etc.,this paper analyzes the problems in the production,summarizes the causes,puts forward the improvement plan,through the partial transformation,realizes the low pressure,the temperature can be controlled smoothly,enhances the production safety.
