清香型白酒以山西杏花村汾酒为代表,因地理特征,需要了解吕梁周边企业的原酒酿造水平,因此对酒厂进行抽样检测,其中包括原酒、原料、大曲等。
Fragrant Baijiu is represented by Xinghuacun Fenjiu in Shanxi Province.Due to the geographical characteristics,it is necessary to understand the brewing level of the base liquor of the surrounding enterprises in Luliang,so sampling and testing of the distillery was carried out,including the base liquor,raw materials and Daqu,etc.
