摘要
为服务新型研发机构建设,2017年起江苏探索新型研发机构登记为事业单位工作。文章通过对38家省级新型研发机构事业单位的评估情况分析,研究新型研发机构事业单位的体制机制优势、管理运行特点以及建设发展中存在的问题,对规范新型研发机构事业单位运行发展提出对策建议。
In order to serve the construction of new research and development institutions Jiangsu explored New R&D Institutions registered as public institutions since 2017.The article analyzes the evaluation situation of 38 provinciallevel new R&D institutions studies the institutional advantages management and operation characteristics and problems in construction and development of new R&D institutions and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for standardizing the operation and development of new R&D institutions.
