摘要 为解决KDF4滤棒成型机组中光学直径检测装置(ODM)因积胶、积尘而影响滤棒条圆周检测精度等问题,设计了一套滤棒条清洁装置。该装置安装在ODM的输入段组件上,由底座和顶盖形成内部环形腔和环形喷嘴;压缩空气进入环形腔后从环形喷嘴喷出,形成与滤棒条前进方向相反的清洁气流;利用Comsol软件建立清洁装置仿真模型,通过优化装置尺寸使清洁气流在滤棒条表面均匀分布且流速最大。以红云红河烟草(集团)曲靖卷烟厂使用的3台KDF4机组为对象进行测试,结果表明:清洁装置使用后滤棒条运行稳定,滤棒圆周平均值及标准偏差未受到影响;每台机组的ODM平均清理次数由64次/月降低至5次/月。该技术可为提高成型机组运行效率提供支持。 In order to eliminate the accuracy deviation of the optical diameter measurement system(ODM)induced by glue and dust buildup,a filter rod cleaning unit was designed and fixed on the input component of the ODM.The unit is composed of a seat and a cover,which define an annular chamber and an annular jet.After being introduced into the annular chamber,the compressed air flows out of the annular jet,forms an air stream flowing in the opposite direction of the moving filter rod.A simulation model of the cleaning unit was created with Comsol software,and the dimensions of the unit were optimized to allow the air stream evenly swept over the surface of the filter rod at maximum flow velocity.The designed unit was tested on three KDF4 filter rod makers in Qujing Cigarette Factory of HongyunHonghe Tobacco(Group).The results showed that the filter rod moved stably,and the average value and standard deviation of the filter rod circumference were not affected.The monthly average number of ODM cleaning reduced from 64 to 5 per KDF4 filter rod maker.This technology supports the improvement of the operating efficiency of filter rod makers.
