摘要
通过总结针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后足内翻的不同方法及研究进展,为治疗脑卒中后足内翻提供简洁有效的临床思路。结合相关文献,从单纯针刺疗法、单纯康复疗法、常规针刺联合康复疗法和特殊针刺联合康复疗法等方面阐述治疗脑卒中后足内翻的机制和临床效果。联合疗法比单一方法治疗临床效果显著,特殊针刺联合康复疗法优于常规针刺联合康复疗法。针刺疗法联合新兴康复训练,能够有效改善脑卒中后足内翻患者中枢及患肢周围神经元功能障碍,松解患肢痉挛肌群肌力,增强拮抗肌群肌力,纠正患肢的异常运动模式并使其恢复正常。该联合疗法疗效显著且优于单一使用针灸或康复训练,值得临床广泛使用。
By summarizing the different methods and research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke talipes varus,a simple and effective clinical idea is provided for the treatment of post-stroke talipes varus.Based on relevant literature,this article elaborates on the mechanisms and clinical effects of treating foot varus after stroke from the perspectives of simple acupuncture therapy,simple rehabilitation therapy,conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy,and special acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy.The clinical effect of Combination therapy is significantly better than that of single therapy,and the special acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is superior to the conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy.Acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion therapy combined with emerging rehabilitation training can effectively improve the dysfunction of neurons in the center and around the affected limb of patients with talipes varus after stroke,release the muscle strength of the spastic muscle group of the affected limb,enhance the muscle strength of the knot anti muscle group,correct the abnormal movement mode of the affected limb and make it return to normal.The Combination therapy has significant curative effect and is superior to the single use of acupuncture and moxibustion or rehabilitation training,and is worth extensive clinical use.
