摘要
井工煤矿提升机结构复杂、工况环境差,容易出现各类故障,且处置难度较大。针对矿井常用的JKMD型多绳摩擦式提升机钢丝绳在线监测的具体需求,结合提升机钢丝绳5个运行阶段的张力特征分析,设计了钢丝绳在线监测系统,并搭建了系统硬件结构及软件结构,实施了模拟试验。测试结果表明,4根钢丝绳张力值(油缸油压值)的合力低于设定的过载阈值,表明提升机处于正常运行状态,在线监测具有较高的可靠性,达到了预期的研究目的。
The structure of the coal mine elevator is complex,the working environment is poor,and it is prone to all kinds of faults,and it is difficult to handle.According to the mine JKMD type rope friction elevator wire rope online monitoring of specific demand,combined with the tension characteristic analysis of five running stage,designed the wire rope online monitoring system,and build the system hardware structure and software structure,and implement the simulation test.Test results show that the force of four wire rope tension value(cylinder pressure value) is lower than the set overload threshold,indicating that the elevator is in normal operation state,the online monitoring has high reliability and realizes the intended research purpose.
