摘要
继电保护器是一种检测发现电路故障,并做出及时断路响应的安全装置,可有效预防电力设备的损坏,确保电网系统的安全、稳定运行,降低电网安全事故的发生率。“三误”事故是影响变电站继电保护效果,导致人身安全威胁和电站经济损失的重要因素,若误动或拒动继电保护,容易导致电网发生严重损坏,同时,若电力设备自身存在故障,也可能因拒动操作而引发损毁。因此,要保证电网安全,必须加强“三误”预防和处理,需要依赖于可靠的继电保护器和科学的技术管理措施。本文基于某些220 kV变电站继电保护中的误动事故案例为研究对象,分析了其误动事故的发生原因,提出了相关技术管理措施。
Relay protector is a safety device that dete cts circuit faults and responds to them in a timely manner.It can effectively prevent damage to power equipment,ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid system,and reduce the incidence of power grid safety accidents.The “three mistakes” accident is an important factor that affects the effectiveness of substation relay protection,leading to personal safety threats and economic losses of the power station.If the relay protection is mistakenly operated or refused to operate,it is easy to cause serious damage to the power grid.At the same time,if there is a fault in the power equipment itself,it may also cause damage due to the refusal to operate.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of the power grid,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and handling of “three mistakes”,relying on reliable relay protectors and scientific technical management measures.This paper is based on a case of misoperation accident in relay protection of a 220 kV substation as the research object,analyzes the causes of its misoperation accident,proposes relevant technical management measures.
