2019—2022年呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用频度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory tract and the frequency of antibiotic use from 2019 to 2022

摘要 目的 探讨2019—2022年呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用频度的相关性。方法 分析2019—2022年呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌对氨曲南、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松、头孢他啶、美罗培南及亚胺培南等7种抗菌药物的耐药率,统计2019—2022年这7种抗菌药物的使用频度,采用Pearson相关性分析呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用频度的相关性。结果 呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与氨曲南、左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松及头孢他啶等抗菌药物使用频度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌对庆大霉素、美罗培南及亚胺培南的耐药率与各药物的使用频度呈正相关(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,氨曲南的用药频度与左氧氟沙星耐药率呈正相关(P<0.05);头孢曲松用药频度与庆大霉素耐药率呈正相关(P<0.05);头孢他啶用药频度与头孢曲松耐药率呈正相关(P<0.05);亚胺培南用药频度与美罗培南耐药率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率与抗菌药物使用频度有着密切关系,合理控制抗菌药物使用频度有利于降低呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌耐药率。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory tract and the frequency of antibiotic use from 2019 to 2022.Methods The drug resistance rate of respiratory Pseudomonas aeruginosa to seven antimicrobial agents from 2019 to 2022 were analyzed,including amtreonam,gentamicin,levofloxacin,ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,meropenem,and imipenem.The frequency of use of these seven antimicrobial agents from 2019 to 2022 was statistically analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the drug resistance rate of respiratory Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the frequency of antibiotic use.Results The drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the respiratory tract was not significantly correlated with the frequency of use of antibiotics such as amtreonam,levofloxacin,ceftriaxone,and ceftazidime(P>0.05).The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to gentamicin,meropenem,and imipenem was positively correlated with the frequency of use of each drug(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the frequency of use of amtreonam was positively correlated with the rate of resistance to levofloxacin ( P <0.05). The frequency of ceftriaxone use was positively correlated with the rate of gentamicin resistance ( P <0.05). The frequency of ceftazidime use was positively correlated with the rate of ceftriaxone resistance ( P <0.05). The frequency of imipenem use was positively correlated with the drug resistance rate of meropenem ( P <0.05). Conclusion The drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory tract is closely related to the frequency of antibiotic use, and reasonable control of the frequency of antibiotic use is conducive to reducing the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in respiratory tract.
