GH3536粉末循环利用对SLM成型件力学性能的影响

摘要 GH3536是一种可以在高温下长期工作的典型固溶强化型镍基合金,具有独特性能优势。为了降低激光选区熔化(SLM)成型GH3536零件的制造成本,针对粉末循环次数对成型件力学性能和粉末成分的影响进行了相关研究,收集不同循环次数粉末制备标准试棒,分别测试其力学性能,并对多次循环后的粉末化学成分进行检测分析。研究表明粉末循环次数对SLM制备试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及伸长率没有明显影响,横向制备试棒具有更高强度而纵向制备试棒塑性较好。粉末循环20次后化学成分没有明显变化,仅氧元素和氮元素含量有所增加。 GH3536 is a typical solid solution strengthened nickel base alloy which can work at high temperature for a long time.In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of CH3536 parts by laser selective melting(SLM),the influence of powder cycle times on mechanical properties and powder composition of the parts was studied.The standard test rods were prepared by collecting the powders with different cycle times The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the powder after several cycles were detected and analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of SLM specimens are not affected by the powder cycles.The transverse specimens have higher strength and the longitudinal specimens have better plasticity.After 20 cycles,the chemical composition of the powder did not change significantly,only the content of oxygen and nitrogen increased.
