摘要
癫痫是神经系统常见慢性病,具有病程长、病情易反复等特点。儿童时期是癫痫的高发时期,癫痫患儿的转归影响整个癫痫群体的结局,因此长期规范的治疗和护理对改善患者的健康结局至关重要。本文对癫痫患儿疾病全周期管理共同体(医生、护士、患儿和家长)的概述及其参与治疗、护理管理的研究现状进行综述,为促进我国癫痫患儿疾病全周期管理共同体的构建提供参考。
Epilepsy is a common chronic disease of the nervous system,which has the characteristics of long course and easy recurrence.Childhood is a period of high incidence of epilepsy.The prognosis of children with epilepsy affects the outcome of the entire epileptic population.Therefore,long-term standardized treatment and nursing are very important to improve the health outcome of patients.This paper reviews the overview,treatment management and nursing management of the community(doctors,nurses,children and parents)of full-cycle disease management of childhood with epilepsy,so as to provide reference for the establishment for the community of full-cycle disease management of childhood with epilepsy.
